Liz Numadi
Director
Liz is an experienced registered nurse in both Adult and Child nursing, with extensive knowledge of care across acute, community and international healthcare settings in the UK and West Africa. Her clinical background includes peri-operative care, acute medical and long-term conditions, learning disability, autism, plastics, orthopaedics and general surgery.
As a healthcare training provider in Essex, Potentia Nurse Academy benefits from Liz's commitment to connecting clinical expertise with high-quality education. Liz is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and has significant experience of teaching, assessment, digital learning platforms and simulation-based education. She has also delivered and organised nursing content at conferences in the UK and Europe, supporting engaging and professionally relevant learning experiences.
Laura Kingston
Director
Laura is an experienced Adult registered nurse with a background in acute healthcare, trauma and surgical nursing. Her clinical experience includes orthopaedics, general surgery, vascular care, urology and emergency care. This breadth of practice has developed her advanced clinical skills and her ability to train others with confidence, clarity and professional insight.
Through Potentia Nurse Academy, a healthcare training provider in Essex, Laura supports learners and organisations to build knowledge that can be applied safely in practice. Laura is a Fellow of Advance HE, recognised through her MSc in Medical & Clinical Education. She has presented at national and regional education conferences and co-led practice-based training initiatives, including work recognised on the Royal College of Nursing's online education resource.
