Liz Numadi
Director
Liz is an experienced registered nurse (Adult & Child) with a broad knowledge of nursing care across multiple health conditions in acute and community care, in the UK and in West Africa. This includes peri-operative care, acute medical and long-term conditions, learning disability and autism and surgical specialities of plastics, orthopaedics and general surgery.

Liz is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, the awarding body for Higher Education. Liz is experienced in using a variety of teaching methods and digital platforms for learning, communication and assessment and familiar with a range of simulation of practice resources to enhance clinical skills and achieve mandatory learning. Liz has conference management experience in the UK and Europe delivering nursing content herself and as an organiser.

Laura Kingston
Director
Laura is experienced registered nurse (Adult) having worked across acute healthcare settings including trauma and surgical nursing, such as orthopaedics, general surgery, vascular, urology and emergency care. This experience has enabled Laura to become
proficient in a range of advanced clinical skills, developing her knowledge base in order to effectively train others.

Laura is a Fellow of Advance HE, having achieved recognition through an MSc in Medical & Clinical Education. Laura has presented at national and regional education conferences and has co-led several
practice-based training initiatives alongside Liz, one of which is recognised on the Royal College of
Nursing online education resource.
